Based on Law No. 10192, dated December 3, 2009, “On the prevention and combating of organized crime, trafficking, and corruption through preventive measures against assets”,
Fier Prosecution Office has initiated and is conducting investigations for the criminal asset proceeding No. 1, year 2024, concerning the assets in possession of citizen S.T., as well as his relatives and individuals, specifically citizens A.T., F.T., M.T., E.T., and K.T., for whom there is sufficient evidence that their assets are being indirectly controlled by citizen S.T. It is suspected that these assets originate from the criminal activities of citizen S.T., specifically from the offenses envisaged in articles 283 and 283/a of the Criminal Code."

Upon the prosecutor's request, in the context of this proceeding, Fier District Court, through decision No. 62-2024-1908, dated April 10, 2024, has imposed the preventive measure of asset sequestration for the following assets:  
1.    Property number 4/1, Cadaster No. 8572, type 'land' described as “Two-story economic building, fuel station, and service premises”, situated in the neighborhood '18 Tetori', Lushnjë, jointly owned by citizens F.T., M.T., E.T., and K.T.
2.    Property number 4/2, Cadaster No. 8572, vol. 24, page 197 of the "land" type, situated in the "18 Tetori" neighborhood, Lushnjë. The property is fully constructed with a value of 9,724,582 Lek, co-owned by citizens F.T, M.T., E.T., and K.T.
3.    Property number 3/1, Cadaster No. 8572, with a total building area of 306 m2 described as "Economic building 1 floor + basement", located in Plug, Lushnjë, in the name of citizen R.T.
4.    Property number 1/450, Cadaster No. 8572, categorized as "land", with a detailed description including "service unit with 3 floors + reconstruction of existing gas station + gas point". It features a perimeter wall construction and is situated in the "Loni Dhamo" neighborhood, Lushnjë. Co-owned by citizens M.T, E.T, and K.T.       
In accordance with the judicial decision and Article 14 of Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009, "On the prevention and combating of organized crime, trafficking, and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, the prosecutor has issued an execution order, which has been promptly sent for execution to the judicial police services of Fier Local Police Directorate, the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of Finance, Tirana, as well as to the State Cadastre Agency, Regional Directorate Lushnjë.
Fier Prosecution Office, aligning with the recommendations of the Albanian Parliament and Council of Ministers’ priority recommendations has focused its attention on criminal acts related to money laundering and unjust enrichment, using all procedural means for the purpose of seizure, confiscation, and transfer in the state’s favour.
