Fier Prosecution Office, in cooperation with the judicial police, has documented the case concerning an incident published on the "Tik Tok" application. After investigations, it came out that citizens S.K. and F.K. (spouses) were involved in sexual acts with their 2-year-old minor son and subsequently posted these acts on the "Tik Tok" platform. 

Fier Prosecution Office has initiated criminal proceedings under case number 971/2024, regarding this incident, and pursuant to the prosecutor's order, citizen S.K. has been detained suspected for the criminal offenses of "Sexual or homosexual relations with minors" and "Pornography," as stipulated in Articles 100/1 and 117/2 of the Criminal  Code.

Additionally, citizen F.K. was arrested in flagrante delicto on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "Imoral acts" and "Pornography," as stipulated in Articles 108/2 and 117/3 of the Criminal Code.
