General Prosecutor Mr. Olsian Çela had working meetings in London with counterparts from several European countries

The Prosecutor General Mr. Olsian Çela, as part of an international activity of prosecutors held in London on 24-27 September, held several bilateral meetings with the prosecutors general of England & Wales, Switzerland and the Netherlands. 

The meetings between the prosecution delegations focused on issues related to increasing efficiency in terms of cooperation between prosecutions, focusing on the coordination of investigations in the direction of cracking down on criminal activities, the rapid exchange of information on priority issues as well as the acceleration of execution of rogatory letters.

A special attention in the meeting with the head of the Crown Prosecution Service for England & Wales, Mr. Max Hill, received the issue of the transfer of Albanian convicts from the United Kingdom to Albania to serve the remaining part of the sentence, within the framework of the agreement connected between the two countries.
