The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Elbasan announces that in the framework of criminal proceedings no. 1687, year 2018, which refers to the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", the decision of the Court of First Instance Elbasan for the imposition of a measure of preventive seizure on some assets located in the city of Elbasan, suspected to have been obtained on the basis of the income obtained from criminal activity, was executed in cooperation with the Elbasan Local Police Directorate.

The Court of First Instance of Elbasan with decision No. 746 (60614-02754-13), dated 03.10.2022, has decided:  

•    Acceptance of the request of the Elbasan Judicial District Prosecutor's Office.

• Placement of the insurance measure "Preventive sequestration" on the objects:

1. Property no. 22/25 land + 2-story building (service building), obtained with a legalization permit in 2013;

2. Property no. 429/11 volume 19 page 92, CZ 8526, land type available from citizen A.T;

3. Property no. 4/611+1-29 volume 23 page 20, CZ 8524, surface area 109 m2, value 5,354,080 ALL, obtained by sales contract on 22.08.2012;

4.    Property 22/23 CZ 8526, residential building 1 floor, obtained with legalization permit in 2013;

5. Property no. 429/13 volume 19, page 94, CZ 8526, land type available from citizen G.T;

6. Property no. 5/289, CZ 8524, building type 3 floors + basement + basement, with an area of 241.8 m2 of land, from this building: ground floor with roof 153.8 m2, basement floor with roof 151.4 m2, first floor with 164.5 m2, second floor with basement 164.5m2, basement surface 140+24.1 m2;

7.    Property no. 22/24, CZ 8526, residential building, 1 floor, 60 m2, obtained legalization permit in 2013;

8.    Property no. 429/12, volume 19, page 93, CZ 8526, land type;

9. Property no. 5/149+1-21, volume 6 pages, 136 CZ 8524, apartment type in co-ownership between G.T and A.T, benefited from privatization available from citizen B.T;

10.    Vehicles with license plates AA 3.. CD, AV 2.., AA 1.. YN, AA 4.. DA owned by a B.T citizen; and

11.    The vehicle with the license plate the vehicle with the license plate AA 6.. RM owned by the citizen G.T.
