The official deadline for expressing the interest for candidates in the High Prosecutorial Council, is closed
Tirana, 03.09.2021. The procedure for expressing the interest for candidates in the High Prosecutorial Council , announced by the General Prosecutor Mr. Olsian Çela on 22.07.2021 based on law 115/2016 "On the governing bodies of the justice system" is closed.
By the end of the deadline, on 03/09/2021, the below-mentioned prosecutors from the prosecutions of general jurisdiction have expressed their interest and have submitted the required documentation:
• Mrs. Deniona Katro, Prosecutor in the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance, Tirana;
• Mr. Zeqir Hoda, Prosecutor in the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance, Tirana;
• Mr. Sokol Stojani, Prosecutor in the General Prosecutor's Office;
• Mrs. Elona Alvora, Prosecutor in the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance, Vlora;
• Mr. Ludovik Doda, Prosecutor in the Appeal Prosecution, Durrës
The General Prosecution will verify the documentation and legal conditions within 7 days from the end of the deadline of documentation submission. After the completion of this procedure, the candidates will be announced on the official website of the General Prosecution and then to continue with the organization of the general meeting of prosecutors which will be convened by the General Prosecutor, in compliance with the legislation in force.
