The prosecution at Tirana District Court sends for trial the offenders, M. K., B. K. and G. N. accused for the criminal offense "Deliberate homicide" committed in complicity provided in Article 76-25 of the Criminal Code.
After the investigations for the criminal proceedings no. 4682 dated 21.06.2017, the prosecution has found that the aforesaid persons have committed in complicity the offense of "Deliberate murder" to the detriment of the victim M. K
On 16.05.2017, in  Kodër Shupal, Zall-Bastar Tirana, it was found a male corpse that after the act of expertise was identified as the citizen M.K.
Out of the prosecution’s investigations it turned out that the citizen M. K. has been employed as a secretary in an NGO and has had continous disagreements with the deceased concerning  funding and running of the organisation’s funds. 
In 2017, her son, citizen B.K. and his friend, the  offender G.N. at the request of the citizen M.K.,  have taken the deceased in the car and have transported him to Kodër Shupal. They have tied him up there and pressured him to return a debt that the defendant M.K. claimed that the deceased had. At the moment, when the victim has denied of having taken a loan, the two people set him on fire.
The citizen G.N. expressed remorse and agreed to cooperate with justice by confessing the incident.
Referring to the circumstances and the administered evidences during the preliminary investigation phase, it was fully proven that the defendants have conducted the elements of the criminal offense "Deliberate murder" committed in complicity as provided in Article 76-25.
