Tirana Prosecution takes four youngsters to court for “ Murder with intent committed in complicity” to the detriment of an 18-year-old.

Tirana Prosecution Office concluded the investigations regarding the criminal case no. 2300 and has taken citizens Sh.H., F.Sh., B.Sh., and I.I. to court for the criminal offence of “Murder with intent” committed in complicity, as stipulated in articles 76-25 of the Criminal Code.

The investigations revealed that on March 31, 2024, around 8:45 PM, the arrested individuals had seen the victim, A.D. driving an 'Audi', in the prezence of his friends and a girl suspected to have had a prior relationship with the citizen F.Sh., who is one of the accomplices in the murder. 

F.Sh., driven by jealousy and perceiving mockery, pursued them in his car and blocked their path. While confronting with each other, he asked his friend, Sh.H., to pull out a knife and stab the victim. The other accomplices, in the meantime, assaulted the victim and his friends with punches.

The forensic examination concluded that the victim, citizen A.D., lost his life due to severe hemorrhagic shock from the wound received in the chest.

The analysis of the administered data substantiated that citizens Sh.H., F.Sh., B.Sh., and I.I. have committed in complicity the criminal offence of “Murder with intent” to the detriment of the deceased A.D.

These individuals intentionally and in complicity with each other have committed illegitimate acts consisting of striking with blunt objects and a knife.
