Structure

Mr. Arqilea Koça is the Director of the Judicial Directorate in the General Prosecution. He was appointed as a prosecutor in the General Prosecution in 1994, has contributed in all institution’s activities, and at the same time has directed different sections and directorates.

Mr. Koça has started his career in the Albanian Prosecution system since 1989 as a prosecutor in Korça Judicial District Prosecution. He led Devoll Judicial District Prosecution until 1994, when he was appointed prosecutor to the General Prosecution.

Mr.Koça graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, Law Department, University of Tirana in 1989. He has completed his postgraduate studies and has got a "Master" degree.

He has been an external lecturer at the Law Faculty in the University of Tirana, at the Law Faculty in Luarasi University, at the School of Magistrates and also, an expert of the continuous training at the latter.
He is the author of many monographs and manuals primarily in the field of human trafficking and cybercrime.
Throughout his career he has completed various training programs and qualifications in important partner institutions at home and abroad.
